If you would like to cancel an order, please reach out by email within 24 hours at info@craftsbyj.org. Cancellation requests after 24 hours cannot be accommodated and a refund will not be provided.

Hand Delivery is available in Brampton, Mississauga, Markham, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa and Scarborough for an additional cost as per the below: Brampton, Mississauga: $30 Markham, Scarborough, Pickering and Ajax: $25
