We do not accept returns or exchanges because all of our products can be personalized or customized. This means all of our items are made just for you. If you would like to cancel an order, please reach out by email within 24 hours at info@craftsbyj.org. Cancellation requests after 24 hours cannot be accommodated and a refund will not be provided.

Shipping is automatically calculated at check out. The price will depend on the weight and size of the package. We currently offer shipping to Canada. A tracking number will be provided for all shipping options except for letter mail (Canada only).

If the letter mail shipping option was selected (Canada only), please note that there is no tracking number, insurance, or delivery timing guarantee.

Crafts by J is not responsible for shipping delays as it is out of our control. If your order is time sensitive, please select the appropriate shipping option.

Replacements for lost packages will only be sent to the original shipping address and use the shipping method chosen at check out. Crafts by J is not responsible for packages that were lost after a "delivered" status has shown on tracking.

For packages shipped with letter mail, a package is not considered lost until 20 business days from when it was dispatched.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information is correct before placing your order. Once an order has dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed. If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer, additional shipping fees will be charged to re-ship the item(s) again and refunds will not be provided.

Crafts by J will not cover any additional fees including duties and customs. If applicable, these fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Hand Delivery is available in Brampton, Mississauga, Markham, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa and Scarborough for an additional cost as per the below: Brampton, Mississauga: $30 Markham, Scarborough, Pickering and Ajax: $25

Yes! Local pickup is available in Markham, Ontario by Ninth Line and 16th Avenue. The exact address will be provided after your order is placed.
